1.  Make checks payable to AVYSL.

2.  We don't accept teams on a first come first serve basis.

3.  We look at last years record.  Selection is based on team’s last fall win-loss record. 

4.  Selection is also based on geographic considerations that will provide opportunities for a variety of districts to participate. 

5.  Check is the Friday night before the tournament  - Please...NO exceptions. 

6.  ACCEPTANCE PACKAGES - Please check your acceptance package as soon as you receive it.  There is time-sensitive material!!!
